[REVIEW] LEE HI - SEOULITE

First when Lee Hi released 한숨 (BREATHE) I though that that’s her full album but after a while she releases another “Seoulite” with another songs. WOW!! It’s the power of YG ㅋㅋㅋ Lee Hi you did a right decision by signed with YG and then enter Tablo’s label. Okay, now I will review Lee Hi’s SEOULITE album!! Check this out!

1.    MY STAR

I think this is kind of pop-retro song~~ not a common genre in Korea. Fun and danceable song!! Lee Hi’s voice can deliver this song and give me 80s feeling~~ just like 손자바 줘요 (it has different feeling and atmosphere) but I think this song did not work like when 한숨 released. This is title track but did not work as good as another title track L. ☆ ☆ ☆

2.    희망고문

희망고문 is very Lee Hi. I don’t know why but this song is not very typical Korean song and I like this song, the melody and the lyrics are beutiful. I know that Lee Hi didn’t composed the songs in this album but her musicality are great. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

3.    스쳐 간다

Ballad song!!! my favorite song and I always listen to it when I’m going to sleep J although the lyrics are sad but the melody are so calm and the drum~~ no words to comment this song J. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

4.   밤샘 (feat. TABLO)

Another ballad J but there’s Tablo’s cool rap in this song! Yap, Epik High is my favorite rapper. His songs are always become hot topic and his lyrics are so meaningful and cool~~ I Like Epik High’s Happen Ending, it combine sad lyrics and cool rap and this song is the same. Not the song but 밤샘 also combine sad lyric and cool rap although the rap part not as much as Happen Ending. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

5.    안봐도 비디오 (feat. BOBBY)

I don’t know why I’m not listen to this song as much as another song, but this song is good plus Bobby lend her voice to rap in this song, as we know Bobby is a great rapper. Actually this song is quite good but maybe because it’s the fifith track so people not give much attention to this song. ☆ ☆ ☆

6.    MISSING U

The last track, the lyrics are so beautiful and I like Lee Hi’s voice in this song. I think all of the song is all good song and I hope this song also get attention.  I'm missin' you네가 이런 날 미워해도. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
